Lyndsey Sciarrino, DC

Dr. Lyndsey Sciarrino is from Jupiter, Florida and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. Following graduation, she went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.

She discovered her passion for chiropractic early on in her undergraduate program following a low back injury she obtained while weightlifting. Given Lyndsey’s hesitancy with medication, injections, and surgical options at such a young age, she sought out an alternative method to help alleviate the pain so she could continue to excel in her athletics. She then discovered the healing and optimization of function that the chiropractic profession can offer and was inspired. She then began her journey of becoming a chiropractor so she could help others the way she was helped.

Dr. Lyndsey believes that through holistic methods, our bodies have the ability to heal on their own. She is driven by helping others become the best version of themselves – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Methods that Dr. Lyndsey takes a special interest in soft tissue therapy, dry needling, myofascial release technique, cupping, graston, and many others. She also takes a special interest in treating athletes as she has been one herself her entire life, participating in competitive soccer, basketball, and track and field.

In her spare time, Dr. Lyndsey enjoys hiking, working out, cooking, thrifting, and creating art.
