ANDY ROLAND, DC
Dr. Roland is a native of Buffalo, New York and is proud to be serving the Charlotte community. He attended Canisius College in Buffalo, NY for his undergraduate studies and he earned degree in Biology. It was during this time that Dr. Roland discovered Complementary and Alternative Medicine and specifically Chiropractic. Dr. Roland then studied at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL for his Chiropractic training. His education mixed fundamentals of medical diagnosis and evidenced-based patient evaluation and management with elements of traditional Chiropractic. He graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Roland has attended specialized post-graduate classes for orthopedics and nutrition, and his focus on functional rehabilitation and a background in personal training is perfect for competitive and recreational athletes. His treatment plans often include chiropractic spinal manipulation, soft tissue manipulations and stretching, select physiological therapeutics, nutritional counseling and supplementation, and functional rehabilitation exercise. He is also the first, and currently the only, certified practitioner of Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (Ā.M.Ĭ.T.) in the Carolinas.
