Dr. Caroline Grosso is following her passion by helping people in the Charlotte area discover, realize, and live improved lifestyles through health and fitness. Grosso comes to Charlotte after pursuing her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Whole Foods Nutrition degree at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.

During this time, she taught HIIT classes and provided personal training sessions prior to graduation in April of 2020. At graduation, Grosso was recognized with the Liborini Award, given to graduates for outstanding clinical recognition. She also graduated from McMaster University in December 2019 with her Medical Contemporary Neurofunctional Acupuncture License.

Her passion for training and coaching stems back to her collegiate days, where she was heavily involved in athletics as both a player and coach. Grosso started her athletic career at Niagara University, playing both women’s soccer and lacrosse while also interning for the strength and conditioning team. She furthered her collegiate career at Syracuse University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

During her time with the Orange, Grosso was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team, winning the ACC Championship in 2015 and reaching the NCAA Final Four in back-to-back seasons in 2014 and 2015. For her exploits on and off-the-field, Grosso was recognized as a member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in both 2014 and 2015.

In a similar trend, Grosso spent time focusing on her passion while at Syracuse, spending the 2014-15 year as an intern with the Strength & Conditioning Team, while also offering private personal training lessons during her three-year tenure with the Orange. She carried that passion to Castleton University in Vermont, serving as a Graduate Assistance in Strength & Conditioning as well as Assistant Coach for the Men’s Lacrosse Team. Grosso graduated from Castleton with a Master of Science in Athletic Leadership in 2017.

Grosso loves to inspire people everyday by helping them find their purpose and desire to live life to the fullest. Whether that be athletically or holistically her true passion stems from caring for others. Grosso states that “ Helping others is the way we help ourselves.”

When Grosso has free time, she’s often found living an active lifestyle with her dog, Callahan, and husband, Blake. She loves to spend time with friends and family, travel, hike and oftentimes can be found playing soccer, lacrosse, basketball, golf and/or snowboarding. Grosso accredits all of her accomplishments to her parents Glen and Vicki. “ They have been to every game and supportive of all my successes and failures. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their constant love and support.”
