He focuses on injury prevention and performance enhancement through treating the body as a whole and assessing the kinetic chain. In his spare time he enjoys doing triathlon and running, and has completed Ironman Cozumel in 2012, Ironman Florida in 2014 and Ironman Chattanooga in 2016. He is a member of Triple Threat Racing, a competitive triathlon team here in Charlotte. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Amie and two sons, Ethan and Brycen.
