Dr. Kaitlin received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wingate University where she spent time gaining hands-on experience treating in various clinics including pediatrics and sports rehabilitation. As well becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This comprehensive training has allowed her to develop a well-rounded approach to patient care, addressing the unique needs of individuals at every stage of life. Prior to attending Wingate University, she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Winthrop University.
Kaitlin is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for movement and wellness. With 10 years of experience as a competitive cheerleader, Kaitlin has developed a deep understanding of body mechanics, strength, and injury prevention. Over the years, this expertise transitioned into a love for weightlifting and long-distance running, both of which have further shaped a holistic approach to rehabilitation and fitness.
Kaitlin is a strong advocate for the importance of strength training across all athletes, regardless of age or experience. Whether working with youth athletes, adults, or seniors, she believes in the power of building a strong foundation through tailored strength programs that support injury recovery and prevention, enhance athletic performance, and promote overall health.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys staying active with yoga, weight lifting and running out on the Greenway. You can find her spending time with her dog, reading, assembling Lego sets and embracing the balance of life, fitness, and fun.
