JaQuan Smith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Winthrop University. With a strong passion for health and fitness, JaQuan has experience leading group exercise sessions for both youth and older adults, tailoring workouts to meet the diverse needs of each population. He also specializes in sport-specific performance training, helping athletes improve strength, agility, and overall performance.
In addition to his academic and practical background, JaQuan is CPR certified and currently coaches CrossFit at Rise Up, where he motivates individuals to reach their full potential through high-intensity functional training.
