Fascial Stretch Therapy At Carolina Sports Clinic
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an assisted mobility and stretching technique focused on your connective tissue (fascia) administered by licensed professionals.
Why is FST so important?
Your fascia connects every aspect of tissue in your body. It acts as a net that covers your muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, etc. There is nothing more important to stretch than the fascia. Many clients and patients have had long-term issues with limited mobility and increased pain. FST can unlock your fascia and the affected joints to allow for much greater mobility and drastically reduced or eliminated pain. This allows for a greater quality of life, the ability to be active again, and the ability to perform at elite levels.
How does FST Work?
Each session will begin with the client giving either an introduction to their areas of concern and injuries or a recap of how they’ve been feeling and performing since their previous session. The Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist will then create a customized session including upper and lower body focuses.
Who is FST for?
FST can benefit everyone – from professional and elite athletes to those who work out regularly or rarely, its individual approach meets you where you are. As your body adjusts and your needs change, your therapy progresses with you.

compromised states and remaining active while combating chemotherapy effects.
Dr. Brittany hopes to spread knowledge and awareness about the importance of movement and
how it affects quality of life.
